Pradhan Mantri Dhan-Dhanya Krishi Yojana will start with states, districts with low productivity will be Dhan Dhanya

PM Dhan-Dhanya Krishi Yojana: States will also participate in taking the rural population towards prosperity and easing their activities. The central government will write the story of the development of the villages together with them.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has prepared a blueprint for changes in rural areas to empower the poor, youth, food donors and women, keeping in mind the word ‘knowledge’ in English. For this, ‘Pradhan Mantri Dhan-Dhan Krishi Yojana’ will be launched in collaboration with the states.
Focussed on 100 districts
The inspiration for the scheme has been taken from the success of the aspirational district programme. It will focus on one hundred districts with low productivity, low sowing and below average credit standards through ongoing agricultural schemes and measures.
Pledge of poverty free village for India
Explaining the purpose of this, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that there is a resolution of poverty-free villages for a poverty-free India. The overall development of rural areas should be equal to that of people from other districts. Production will be increased by upgrading traditional farming practises, crop diversification and farming practises.
The biggest problem in the villages is the storage of grain. For this, storage arrangements will be made at the panchayat level. Irrigation facilities will be improved and credit availability for small and marginal farmers will be ensured. The government believes that this programme will help 1.7 crore farmers.
Investment in agriculture will be encouraged
The budget said that a comprehensive multi-sectoral ‘rural prosperity and adaptation’ programme will be launched with the participation of states. This will lead to skill development of farmers and agricultural labourers. Investment in agriculture will be encouraged. Moreover, the use of new technology will solve the problem of low employment in the agricultural sector.
The government claims that this will revitalise the rural economy and increase the income of the agricultural sector. The scheme aims to increase employment opportunities in rural areas so as to prevent migration. The programme will focus on the welfare of rural women, small farmers, youth and landless families. The industry will gain momentum.
Technical and financial assistance will be sought from banks
Women will get financial freedom through employment. Young farmers will get employment and business opportunities. Technical and financial support will be sought from banks. In the first phase, 100 districts will be covered. The scheme will be extended later.
Three crore didis have to make millionnaires
Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has seen the enthusiasm of development, the smell of trust and the longing for building a developed India in the budget. He said that this is the budget for building a prosperous, prosperous, self-reliant and developed India.
