Dinesh Mohaniya accused of giving flying kiss
According to news, a woman has registered a kissing case against AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya at Sangam Vihar police station. The Delhi Police has registered a case under sections 323/341/509 of the IPC. Also, the Delhi Police has registered an FIR against AAP candidate Amanatullah Khan for violation of the model code of conduct.
FIR filed against Amanatullah for violating code of conduct
The Delhi Police has registered an FIR against Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Okhla Assembly constituency Amanatullah Khan for violating the Model Code of Conduct. The police took the action after a video surfaced in which the AAP leader was allegedly seen walking around his constituency (Okhla) with his supporters after the election campaign ended.
In this case, FIR has been registered against Amanatullah under Sections 223/3/5 BNS and 126 RP , Act for violation of Model Code of Conduct,”” the DCP South East Delhi wrote on X.”
Voting is underway in all 70 seats in Delhi
Voting for the 70 assembly seats in Delhi will begin at 7 am on Wednesday. Voting is taking place amid tight security. According to the information, the voting began at 7 am and will continue till 6 pm.
Kejriwal accuses Election Commission
Earlier on Tuesday, Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal had levelled some serious allegations against the Election Commission and the Delhi Police and claimed that their action was tantamount to supporting hooliganism against the AAP and protecting the wrongdoings of the BJP.
The AAP convener said this after the Delhi Police registered a case against Chief Minister Atishi for violation of the model code of conduct. Apart from the AAP convener, other AAP leaders posted this on social media and expressed their displeasure.
