Preparation of election officials for voting

According to information received from election officials, in an effort to encourage every single person to vote, officials have started distributing VIS by reaching out to every household in the district to ensure maximum voting percentage. These slips include the voter’s name, polling station and other important information, making it easier for citizens to locate their polling station and vote without any inconvenience.

“Emphasising the importance of this initiative, Ankita Anand said, “”The distribution of voter information slips is an important step to ensure maximum voter participation.” Our team is working hard to ensure that no eligible voter is short of information. We urge all citizens to check their VIS and confirm their details to avoid any problems on polling day.

Ankit Anand said that the facility of colour coding has been provided to ensure easy access of citizens at the polling stations. The voter’s ballot slip has one colour and he can easily identify his booth by the colour of the bird. For this reason, colour coding is available. The colour of the coding on their slip is their vote at the polling station, which can be easily identified.
