Weather Forecast Update: There are a lot of ups and downs in the weather in most parts of India. Sometimes, the scorching heat makes people sweat, and occasionally, drizzle and wind relieve people from the heat. The weather changes many times in a day. From UP to Rajasthan and Karnataka, the fierce form of heat is seen.
The weather will also be bad in Delhi NCR, so thunderstorms and rain can be seen at many places. In the northeastern states, the temperature level also dropped significantly due to late-night rain at many places, which relieved the people from the heat. The Indian Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain with thunder in many states.

IMD has predicted rain in many areas of Delhi NCR. In the next two days, i.e. 21 and 22 May, light to moderate rain can be seen in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. From May 23 to May 26, intermittent cloud movement may continue. The temperature has also been forecast to reach around 38 degrees Celsius.
Rain in these districts of UP too
According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains can be seen in Muzaffarnagar, Hapur, Aligarh and Mathura. Heavy rain warnings have been issued in Agra, Firozabad, Hathras, Etah, Mainpuri, Etawah, and Rampur. Bareilly, Pilibhit, Hardoi, Sitapur, Lakhimpur Kheri, Lucknow and Barabanki may also receive rain with thunderstorm. A rain alert has been issued in Gonda, Bahraich, Basti, Kushinagar, Gorakhpur, Maharajganj and Sant Kabir Nagar.

According to the IMD, there is a possibility of rain in many states of South India. A warning has been issued for rain with thunderstorms in Karnataka, Kerala and Puducherry. Heavy rains are expected in many parts of Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Maharashtra.
Thunderstorms and rains are also expected in Manipur, Sikkim and Tripura in the Northeast. Storm and rain warnings have been issued in Mizoram, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh. People have been urged to be cautious given the possibility of lightning.
