Possibility of less rain in February

People felt the coolness missing since morning. Although the minimum temperature remained at the lowest level of this month, but after 6 am, the temperature increased rapidly.
The maximum temperature on Sunday was 27.4 degrees Celsius, which was 4.1 degrees above normal. At the same time, the minimum temperature was recorded at 7.8 degrees Celsius, which was 1.6 degrees below normal. The effect of the minimum temperature was felt only till 6 am, after which the heat started increasing. In areas like Ridge and Pitampura, the temperature went above 28 degrees Celsius. Faridabad was the hottest in NCR, where the temperature reached 29.1 degrees Celsius.
Sunshine will trouble even today
According to the weather department forecast, there may be light fog in the morning on Monday, but the sun will shine during the day. The maximum temperature is expected to be around 27 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature is expected to be around 9 degrees Celsius. On February 11, the maximum temperature can be between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature can be between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius.
A slight change in the weather can be seen between February 12 and 14, when strong winds are likely to blow. The speed of these winds can be from 15 to 30 kilometers per hour, which can cause a slight drop in temperature. However, this drop will not be too much and the temperature is expected to decrease by only two degrees Celsius. During this time, the maximum temperature is expected to be around 24 to 27 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be around 9 to 12 degrees Celsius. From February 15, the winds will start weakening and there may be partial cloud cover. The maximum temperature is likely to be between 25 to 27 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is likely to be between 10 to 12 degrees Celsius.

In February itself, the temperature crossed 30 degrees Celsius, making it the hottest February between 2011 and 2024.
