After this, he is unable to cast his vote due to being busy with other work. Due to this, the votes were less than expected in many places.

Election Commission is taking the help of queueing management system

To increase voting, this time the Election Commission is taking the help of queue management system in assembly elections. Two CCTV cameras will be installed at each booth to estimate how many voters are queueing inside and outside the booth. One of these cameras will be inside the booth and the other camera will be inside the booth. CCTV cameras were installed earlier also, but these cameras are only used for surveillance, the official said. This time, the queue management system is being implemented with the help of these cameras with the help of AI.

An app has also been prepared for this

An app has been developed for this. Voters will download the app from the Google Play Store. In the app, you have to fill in your district, assembly name, polling station name and booth number. With the help of this, you will know how many people are queueing at your booth. If a long line is visible once, see it again in 15 minutes. Because this information will be updated every 15 minutes. Officials say you can reach the polling station to cast your vote as soon as the crowds appear less on the app.
