Mini Election Concert: The Delhi Assembly elections are in its peak. Every street, every intersection is immersed in political noise. The team of leaders is fully engaged in the campaign, but this time a new formula has been adopted to reach the hearts of the youth at the ‘Mini Election Concert’. Especially Punjabi, Bhojpuri and Haryanvi singers have become an important part of Delhi’s election campaign these days. Every party is organising a campaign by inviting famous artists in support of its candidates. This new trend of election campaigning along with music and entertainment is not only making Delhi’s electoral politics interesting but also connecting a large number of youth.

The ‘Mini Election Concert’ has been started by Mankirat Aulakh. With a full sound setup in Khajla, this renowned artist from Punjab campaigned for BJP’s Rajouri Garden Assembly candidate Manjinder Singh Sirsa. Mankirat Aulakh has added a new tone to this electoral colour. Aulakh not only entertained thousands of youth with his hit songs but also made a strong appeal to vote on February 5 this time. Thousands of young people were seen dancing to their hit songs. Mankirat not only energised the atmosphere with her songs but also praised Sirsa’s achievements and her leadership.

He said that the work done by Manjinder Singh Sirsa for the Sikh community and Delhi is not hidden from anyone. It is our responsibility to win a leader like him. Sirsa also appeared on stage during this time and tried to build an emotional connection with the youth. A few days ago, pictures of Sirsa with Diljit Dosanjh went viral on social media, which gave new enthusiasm among her supporters. On the other hand, the Aam Aadmi Party is also not far behind in this trend. Punjab singer Harman performed at the ‘mini election concert’ in support of AAP candidate Jarnail Singh from Tilak Nagar. The AAP leader said that the work of our candidates and the popularity of singers, both together are going to the masses and appealing for votes.
