Security personnel will get these two apps so that there is no disturbance in the election

Two apps for election: The Delhi Police along with the Election Commission on Thursday launched the AI chatbots ‘Election Mitra’ and ‘Cyber Sarathi’ to ensure that the Assembly elections are successfully completed amid better security arrangements.
These are designed to assist security personnel involved in election duty. The AI chatbot is available in both Hindi and English language, aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient execution of election-related duties by all security personnel (Delhi Police and CAPF).
Launched under the supervision of election cell officials
During the election, the security personnel will always receive guidelines from the Election Commission and the Delhi Police, in such a situation it will be easier for the security personnel to implement the ‘election friend’ and ‘cyber sarthi’ guidelines. On the direction of Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora, they were launched under the supervision of Election Cell officials.
‘Chanav Mitra’ promptly disseminates the major directives issued by the Election Commission and Delhi Police for smooth and peaceful conduct of the election process. It provides quick and easy access to critical guidelines, rules.

‘Cyber Sarathi’ focusses on providing strong cyber security guidelines, ensuring safe use of digital platforms and devices by police personnel during their work.
According to Special Commissioner Devesh Chandra Srivastava, as part of their mission of integrating AI and technology-driven solutions in election management, the police have created ‘AI chatbot’, the AI chatbot can be easily accessed through a dedicated link and QR code.
