2025 Honda Hornet 2.0 Now Supports Google Services: Price And Features Will Shock You!
Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India(HMSI) has launched the updated version of its premium street fighter motorcycle model Hornet. The company has introduced Hornet 2.0 with some major new changes. You will find this bike at all HMSI Red Wing and Big Wing dealerships across India.
Hornet 2.0 Engine and Power:
Talking about the engine here, you will get a single cylinder air cooled 184.4cc engine. This engine model has been made on the standard of OBD2B emission.
Turning on the engine of the Hornet 2.0, it can generate a peak power of 16.69 bhp and a peak torque of 15.8 nm. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch.
Other additional features of this new bike:
Talking about other changes in the 2.0 update version, this time the company has changed all the lights to LED lighting, apart from this, the company has also updated features like 4.2 inch TFT instrument cluster from which, it can be used to connect the Honda RoadSync smartphone app with Bluetooth connection to avail many smart features such as navigation, call alert, SMS alert and notification alert. Apart from this, a C type USB charging port has also been provided in this bike model.
If we look at the braking system, Honda has now provided dual-channel ABS and HSTC traction control system in the new Hornet.
2.0 Color Options:
The Hornet 2.0 is launched in four attractive colours which are Radiant Red Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, Athletic Blue Metallic, and Met Axis Grey Metallic. Along with these colours, the company has also added new and improved graphics with gold finish which enhances the bike’s overall look.
So what’s the starting price of this bike?
Well, Talking about the price of this premium street fighter bike, the company priced it at a price of Rs 1.57 lakhs (ex-showroom). However, Prices may vary based on different geographical locations.
Considering its price segment, we can see this bike competes against the Royal Enfield’s Classic, Yamaha’s MT15, and other feature-loaded bikes. However, it’s gonna be interesting to see how Hero and Honda rivalries continue after every 2-wheeler launch!
