BJP Attack on Kejriwal : Politics has intensified in the matter of insult of Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s statue in Amritsar, Punjab. BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra accused Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal of insulting Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar.
Patra said that Baba Saheb was insulted in Amritsar at the behest of Kejriwal. Kejriwal should immediately go to Amritsar and apologize in front of Ambedkar’s statue.
He said, “The statue of Constitution made by Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar is the main intersection of Amritsar, Punjab. There is a Kotwali police station there. There is an Aam Aadmi Party government there. A person tries to break Ambedkar’s statue with a hammer. The police do not try to stop him, its video has been going on since morning. Aam Aadmi Party is silent on this issue.
AAP insulted Baba Saheb – BJP
He said in the press conference, “AAP has insulted Baba Saheb earlier also. Before the elections in Punjab, Arvind Kejriwal had promised to make a person from Scheduled Caste the Deputy Chief Minister there, but till date he has not fulfilled it. Recently Kejriwal removed Baba Saheb’s photo with the Constitution and put his own photo.”
BJP released manifesto against AAP
He released manifesto against Aam Aadmi Party. Said, “Exposing the exploits of AAP-Da. Kejriwal hates Baba Saheb Ambedkar. Baba Saheb’s statue was broken in front of the police station in Amritsar. Law and order, communal peace, everything has failed in Punjab. Cell, jail and bail are the character of AAP.”
Kejriwal can get himself attacked- BJP
Patra said, “There is news that Kejriwal can get himself attacked. He will try to defame BJP by doing such drama. Instead of doing drama, he should apologize to Baba Saheb and Scheduled Caste. This time the election is between the public and the bailors. All the leaders of AAP are on bail. The Prime Minister has said that the opposition leaders are riding on a bullock cart.”
