An FIR has been registered against Chief Minister Atishi at Govindpuri police station for obstructing government work and violating the code of conduct. South East Deputy Commissioner of Police Ravi Kumar Singh said Chief Minister Atishi was present on the road along with several people and vehicles on the night of February 4. They were accompanied by 50 to 70 people and about 10 vehicles.

Police said it was a violation of the code of conduct. A case has been registered at Govindpuri police station on the complaint of the flying squad team. A case has been registered under Section 223 of the BNS and 126 of the IPC.

CM Atishi wrote on his official X account that the Election Commission is also amazing. Atishi said Ramesh Bidhuri’s family members were violating the code of conduct. But not any action was taken against them.

FIR also registered against Ramesh Bidhuri’s son

The Delhi Police had also registered a case against Ramesh Bihdri’s son for violating the MCC when Atishi was accused of interfering during the silent period. The Delhi Police has responded to the allegations levelled by the AAP candidate from Kalkaji Atishi that Manish Bidhuri, son of Ramesh Bidhuri, had interfered in the constituency during the silent period.
