The effect of cold is seen in the morning and evening in all the areas of North India. At the same time, people also feel hot due to the intense sunlight in the afternoon.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain and snowfall in the North East is possible from 13 to February 15. Apart from this, the maximum temperature in the capital, Delhi, on Thursday can be recorded between 26-27 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature between 9-11 degrees Celsius. Today, February 13, good sunshine has been seen in Delhi since this morning. At the same time, strong winds also blew during the day, which caused people to feel mild cold.
Due to weak western disturbances, there has been no rain in many parts of North India, including Delhi, for a long time. As a result, the temperature is increasing rapidly. According to the Meteorological Department, Delhi’s temperature will remain above normal due to the lack of seasonal activities.
Temperature can reach 30 degrees Celsius
According to the India Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in Delhi NCR is expected to reach 30 degrees Celsius by February 18. April-like heat can be experienced in February itself. In this situation, people may have to face severe heat. The Meteorological Department is alert about the intensity of heat this time. However, it is unclear whether the heat will be more or less this time.
Delhi’s air quality was recorded as poor on Wednesday as well. According to the Air Quality Bulletin released by the CPCB, Delhi’s AQI was recorded at 212. A day earlier, on Tuesday, it was 293. Due to strong winds, it has decreased by 81 points in 24 hours. The air quality in NCR cities is also moderate to poor.
