Kejriwal Hits Out At CM Naib Saini : Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener and former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has targeted Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini. Kejriwal posted on his previous account and wrote that Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini pretended to drink Yamuna water and then poured the same water back into the Yamuna.
When I said that water of Yamuna could be a threat to the lives of Delhiites due to ammonia adulteration, he threatened to file an FIR against me, Kejriwal said.
Kejriwal also wrote that people of Delhi want to drink the same water that they cannot drink. I will not let that happen.
Arvind Kejriwal apologises to Haryana and Delhi
After Arvind Kejriwal’s statement of mixing poison in the Yamuna, the state Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini reached the Yamuna Ghat in Dahisra village on the Sonepat-Delhi border on Wednesday evening and was mesmerised by the Yamuna water. He stood in the Yamuna and gave water after the puja and said that the statement made by Arvind Kejriwal for his political self-interest to create fear in the people is unfortunate.
Arvind Kejriwal’s statement
Do not create malice by making such statements. Kejriwal should apologise to the people of Delhi and Haryana for this statement. Naib Singh Saini said that Arvind Kejriwal has made a statement that the Bharatiya Janata Party government of Haryana has added poison to the Yamuna, while no toxic substances have been found anywhere in the water samples taken by the Water Authority of India.
Kejriwal is doing politics of lies. He did not fulfil the promises made to the people of Delhi 10 years ago. Citing the Pollution Control Board’s test report of the last four samples, Saini said that the Yamuna water at the Sonipat border is pure as per the standards before entering the Delhi border. Clean water is going from Haryana to Delhi. After Delhi, when Haryana gets this water in Palwal and Faridabad, it is in a very bad condition.
Eight and a half thousand crore rupees were given
Kejriwal has not done anything about cleaning the Yamuna for 10 years. The Chief Minister said that the Modi government had given Rs 8,000 crore for water cleaning and sewerage in Delhi, but Kejriwal has no account of where this amount went. Kejriwal did not do any work in the direction of releasing clean water in Yamuna by setting up a treatment plant.
