Claim to give the cheapest electricity in the country
He said that in the last 10 years, you have given us a lot of love and trust. You gave me the responsibility of Delhi 10 years ago. Since then we have been working hard day and night. Now Delhi is the only city in the country where there is electricity 24 hours a day. Delhi also has the cheapest electricity in the whole country. The rest of the states have electricity bills of several thousand rupees, but in Delhi, 73 per cent of the people have zero electricity bills and the rest have very low bills.
Kejriwal hits out at BJP-ruled states
Arvind Kejriwal said that the BJP is in government in 20 states, there is no 24-hour power in any state. He has been in power in Gujarat for 30 years. There is no electricity for 24 hours. If you press the broom button, power will come for 24 hours and if you press the lotus button, the power cut will start for 6-6 hours in Delhi. In BJP-ruled states, there is a bill of Rs 5,000 each.
The former chief minister said that government schools in Delhi have become very good. Now the teachers of the schools are also very good. Now the children of the poor are also becoming engineers and doctors. I am very happy that I have achieved better results than I have worked hard in this work.
