Know what BJP, AAP and Congress are at stake in the Delhi elections

BJP Vs AAP Vs Congress: The Delhi Assembly elections are in full swing. While the BJP is trying to end 27 years of political exile, the Aam Aadmi Party has spent its entire life in maintaining its possession. The Congress is making all possible efforts to make a triangular contest between the BJP and the Aam Aadmi Party. For this, Asaduddin Owaisi’s AIMIM and Mayawati’s BSP are trying their luck in the Delhi elections, due to which the contest has become very interesting.

The 2015 and 2020 election battles in the capital were won unilaterally by the Aam Aadmi Party. The BJP had managed to win some seats against Kejriwal, but the Congress could not even open its account. In such a situation, the Delhi Assembly elections are being considered very important politically. Congress, BJP and Aam Aadmi Party are at stake. Let’s see who wins the political game of Delhi?

Kejriwal’s political election

For Arvind Kejriwal, who came out of the Anna movement and entered politics, this time the Delhi election is being considered very challenging. The BJP and Congress have entered the fray aggressively, which is nothing short of preserving political existence for the AAP.

How important is the Delhi election for the BJP?

The Delhi Assembly elections are being considered very important for the BJP. In Delhi’s political history, the BJP has won only once in 1993. Since being out of power in 1998, it may not make a comeback. The BJP under the leadership of Narendra Modi and Amit Shah may have been able to seize power in the country for the third time, but the political battle of the Delhi Assembly elections has not yet been won. The party has been facing exile in Delhi for 27 years.

The reputation of many legends is at stake in Delhi

The BJP includes many high-profile names like former Delhi Congress president Arvinder Singh Lovely and former AAP ministers Rajkumar Chauhan, Kailash Gehlot and Raj Kumar Anand and Tejendra Singh Marwa. All of them have recently joined the party. Apart from this, the BJP has also fielded former South Delhi MP Ramesh Bidhuri from Kalkaji seat, while former MP Parvesh Verma is contesting against Kejriwal from New Delhi seat. For this, free electricity and water have been promised to give women Rs 2500. In such a situation, if the BJP loses the election, it will be difficult for it to re-emerge in Delhi politics.

Congress will remain in Delhi

For the Congress, the Delhi assembly election is to preserve political survival. In the 2015 and 2020 elections, the Congress could not even open its account in Delhi. This time the Congress is fighting to open its account as well as regain its lost political base in Delhi. This is the reason why the Congress has fielded all its veteran leaders in the Delhi elections. Former Delhi MP Sandeep Dikshit has been fielded against Kejriwal and Alka Lamba against Atishi. Apart from this, the Congress has also staked on all its leaders in many seats.
