Many 4-wheelers companies have started upgrading their vehicles to comply with the latest safety norms issued by the Government of India. Maruti Suzuki, which was not known for safety features these days, is now offering six airbags in many of its models. The company has updated the Brezza with six airbags.
As per the latest update, 6 airbags are standard across all variants of the 2025 Maruti Brezza. These include front driver and passenger airbags, 2 side airbags and 2 curtain airbags. Other standard safety features on the updated Brezza include 3-point ELR seat belts for all seats, front seatbelts and adjustable rear headrest.
Maruti Brezza has features like 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 4-speakers, paddle shifters, sunroof, ambient lighting, wireless phone charger, heads-up display and a boot space of 328 liters.
Well, there is no change in its engine. It is powered by the same 1.5-litre K15C naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 103 bhp at 134 Nm of peak torque. This motor is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. This engine is also available in CNG form, exclusively mated to a 6-speed manual unit that produces 84 bhp at 119.3 Nm of torque.
