S Jaishankar accused the AAP government of lack of basic facilities in Delhi, and said ‘this embarrasses him abroad’

S Jaishankar’s big attack on Delhi government : A few days before the Delhi Assembly elections, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has launched a sharp attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government. He said there is a severe lack of infrastructure in the national capital, which makes him feel ashamed abroad. Jaishankar said the AAP government has failed to provide clean water, electricity, health services, housing and other essential facilities. He said that Delhi has laged behind in this regard.

Whenever I go abroad, I am ashamed to admit that people in Delhi lack infrastructure, the External Affairs Minister said during an interaction with the South Indian community in Delhi. Even citizens are not getting the benefit of water from house, cylinder, pipe under Jal Jeevan Mission and Ayushman Bharat Yojana. He called upon the citizens to vote for the change of power in the upcoming assembly elections.

Loss to Delhi in the last 10 years

S Jaishankar further said that in the last 10 years, Delhi has lagged behind and the people here are deprived of their rights. People of Delhi are struggling for water, electricity, gas cylinders and health services. If the government here does not give these basic rights, then changing this government on February 5 should be seriously considered.

Triangular contest in Delhi assembly elections

Polling for 70 assembly seats in Delhi will be held on February 5. There is a triangular contest between the Aam Aadmi Party, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress. The BJP has alleged that the Delhi government has completely failed to fulfil the basic needs of the city despite being in power for a decade.
