Sunny Leone Bought Office Space : Bollywood superstar Sunny Leone has bought an office space in Mumbai, which costs 8 crores. The Inspector General of Registration has given this information on the website of property registration documents quoting the square yard.

Karanjit Kaur Weber aka Sunny Leone has bought this property in Veer Signature, which is located in Oshiwara in the Veer Group of a commercial project. This location of the Lokhandwala complex is known for its superior lifestyle and connectivity.
After examining the property registration documents on the IGR, Square Yards said that the office space that Sunny Leone has purchased has a carpet area of 176.98 square metres (1,904.91 square feet) and a built-up area of 194.67 square metres (2,095 square feet). There are also three car spaces in the property. To pay stamp duty of Rs 35.01 lakhs and its registration fee is Rs 30,000.

According to IGR property registration documents, Sunny Leone has also bought Aishwarya Property and Estates from an office space owned by Anand Kamalyan Pandit and Roopa Anand Pandit. Anand Pandit is a well-known film producer, distributor and real estate developer. He has included money films like Total Dhamaal, Faces and The Big Bull.

According to RERA, the Veer Group’s commercial project spread over 0.53 acres is from 59.21 square metres to 193.04 square metres in the Veer Signature office space. Many Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan also have their own properties.
