Phase of Changing the Party: Dharmveer’s brother Mahavir Baisoya, who had contested the 2020 assembly elections on a BJP ticket from Kalkaji seat, joined the AAP along with all his colleagues. Ramesh Bidhuri is the BJP candidate. On Tuesday, Chief Minister Atishi and MP Sanjay Singh organised a membership in Mahavir Baisoya and colleagues wearing a hat and a patka at the AAP headquarters.
In a press conference held at the party headquarters, Atishi said that social activist Mahavir is known throughout the region for his work. During Corona, he selflessly cooperated in the funerals of many dead people. In addition, injured cows and other animals are also cared for and treated.
He had also contested the MCD elections as an independent candidate from Srinivaspuri ward. Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh said it was a matter of great happiness that Baisoya had joined the party along with all his colleagues. Congress leader Lokesh Bansal joins AAP
Several senior Congress leaders joined the AAP on Tuesday. They include former Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress general secretary Lokesh Bansal, former Youth Congress president and elected president Kishan Pal and former district youth Congress general secretary Rakesh Kumar. Hundreds of activists also joined the AAP. In addition, Sushant Singh, who came from London with a law degree with the help of a scholarship from the Delhi government, joined the AAP in the presence of former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal. Kejriwal welcomed everyone at the party headquarters by wearing a patka and a cap.
Many leaders including former councillor candidate join AAP
Several leaders and workers of Wazirpur Assembly constituency joined the AAP on Tuesday. Former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia on Tuesday made him a member of the AAP by wearing a hat and a cap. Sisodia said everyone in the field has a good image. His arrival will give you more strength in the Wazirpur Assembly. Former councillor candidate Mahesh Khari and former councillor candidate Kuldeep Yadav have joined the party.

Former Ghonda MLA Shri Dutt Sharma, municipal councillor from Bhajanpura Rekha Rani, municipal councillor from Khajla Shilpa Kaur, advocate Atul Jain and Sanjay Singh MP representative Chaudhary Vijender, Aam Aadmi Party councillor Kuldeep Mittal, who was contesting from Rohini of AAP, joined the BJP along with their supporters.
Union Minister of State Harsh Malhotra, MP Manoj Tiwari, Kamaljit Sehrawat and BJP candidate from Ghonda Ajay Mahawar welcomed everyone into the BJP. On this occasion, Harsh Malhotra said that the AAP leader is suffocating in his own party.
BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said that the joining of public representatives of the Aam Aadmi Party in the BJP is like being influenced by PM Modi’s policies. MP Kamaljit Sehrawat said that the BJP family in Delhi is constantly growing and this is the influence of the BJP’s ideology and the leadership of PM Modi. Ajay Mahawar said that everyone will work together to overcome the disaster that has occurred in Delhi for the last 10 years.
Shiv Sena supports BJP
The Shiv Sena, which has traditionally fielded its candidates in the Delhi Assembly elections, has announced its support to its ally BJP this time. The Shiv Sena on Tuesday handed over a letter written by its leader Eknath Shinde to BJP’s Delhi unit chief Virendra Sachdeva. Shinde has written this letter to BJP national president JP Nadda.
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde has written in the letter that the Shiv Sena has decided to actively support all BJP candidates in the Delhi Assembly elections. The Shiv Sena has contested elections in Delhi several times. However, he received little public support in every election in the national capital.
