Infinix Note 40 VS iQOO Z9: If you want an affordable 5G phone, then the Infinix Note 40 and iQOO Z9 are two great options. Both of them support AMOLED screens, charging fast, and high-performance processors, which make them perfect choices for daily use. However, they do have some significant differences in camera, performance, and cost.

Infinix Note 40 features a triple camera, a big 6.78-inch screen, and wireless charging. iQOO Z9, on the other hand, features a Sony IMX882 sensor, an upgraded chipset, and a small 6.67-inch display. Let’s compare both smartphones in detail.

Infinix Note 40

Infinix Note 40 sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 1080 × 2436 pixels resolution. It has support for a 120Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits peak brightness, and a 100% wide color gamut, which makes it an excellent media consumption device. The device runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chip with a 2.2GHz octa-core processor, providing good performance for everyday usage. It comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, but no memory card slot for additional storage.

It consists of a 108MP main sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, there is a 32MP front camera. It shoots video at 1440p @ 30fps, with decent clarity. The battery is 5000mAh with 33W fast charging, 15W MagCharge wireless charging, and reverse charging.

Other specifications include an in-display fingerprint scanner, IR blaster, and NFC. The phone does not have a 3.5mm audio jack or waterproofing. 

iQOO Z9

iQOO Z9 comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1080 × 2400 pixels. It features a 120Hz refresh rate, 1800 nits peak brightness, and DT-Star2 Plus glass protection, which is slightly more resistant. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset, clocked at 2.8GHz octa-core, which provides improved performance compared to the Infinix Note 40. It comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, expandable up to 1TB.

 

it has a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera with OIS and a 2MP depth camera. The selfie camera is 16MP, which can take decent selfies. It has 1080p @ 60fps video recording support, which provides smoother video than the Infinix Note 40.

The 5000mAh battery supports 44W fast charging and reverse charging. Similar to the Infinix Note 40, it also features an in-display fingerprint sensor but doesn’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack or waterproof certification. The iQOO Z9 costs ₹18,499 on Amazon and ₹20,990 on Flipkart.
