Moto G56 5G, Motorola’s upcoming mid-range 5G phone, has been leaked before its official release. The smartphone was reportedly available for a while on the Motorola websites in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, which also disclosed the phone’s specs and color possibilities. On May 29, this phone will be available for purchase. It is expected that the phone would have many certifications for drop and water resistance. The MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chipset is compatible with it. Also, there might be a way to increase storage to 2TB at the same time.
According to NieuweMobiel, Motorola accidentally put the upcoming Moto G56 5G smartphone on its websites in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. But after being found, these listings were taken down. Information from the listing is provided in the report. Pantone Black Oyster, Pantone Dazzling Blue, Pantone Gray Mist, and Pantone Dill are the four Pantone-inspired color options that will be available for the upcoming Moto G56 5G.
Every color option may have a unique back finish or texture. The phone will include Gorilla Glass 7i protection and an LCD display with an 87% screen-to-body ratio. In terms of construction quality, this phone appears robust. According to reports, the Moto G56 5G has MIL-STD-810H certification and receives IP68 and IP69 ratings, making it highly resistant to water and dust.
The Moto G56 5G will be set with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary camera that will use Quad Pixel technology. The phone’s 32MP front camera, which can collect four times as much light as previous models, will be useful for taking selfies. Also, it is reported to have an 8MP ultrawide secondary sensor on the rear.
The MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chipset, which would be combined with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, was displayed in the processor part of the listing. The user can utilize a microSD card to expand the capacity to 2TB if he so chooses. A 5,200mAh battery that supports 30W TurboCharging will be included with the smartphone.
Regarding the display, the Moto G56 5G will feature a 6.72-inch Full HD + LCD panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. This configuration was created with mid-range consumers in mind, particularly with regard to media consumption and gaming.
Regarding pricing, the leak says that the Moto G56 5G’s 8GB + 256GB model can be purchased in Europe for EUR 250, or around Rs 24,200. Although there is currently no official word on the phone’s introduction or pricing in India, if Motorola adopts the same setup, it might pose a serious threat to Samsung, iQOO, and Realme’s low-cost lines.
