RedMagic 10S Pro series with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and built-in Windows PC game emulator: Price and details
RedMagic has introduced its brand-new RedMagic 10S Pro series in the Chinese market, which includes the RedMagic 10S Pro and RedMagic 10S Pro+. The Snapdragon 8 Elite chip powers both smartphones, which are also supported by big batteries.
The RedMagic 10S Pro and 10S Pro+, the company’s newest gaming smartphones, have been formally unveiled in China. These devices, which are the RedMagic 10 series’ replacement, are designed to provide premium performance and long battery life, especially for mobile gaming. These devices’ integrated PC emulator, which RedMagic claims can run Steam and Epic Games launchers, is one of their most notable features. This has the potential to dramatically transform mobile gaming and enable consumers to carry about entire collections of classic games in their pockets.
Price of the RedMagic 10S Pro series
With a starting price of 4999 Yuan (about Rs 59,000), the Red Magic 10S Pro series offers a number of storage and RAM variants. A Mingchao Limited Edition model with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage is also included; it costs 5999 Yuan, or about Rs 70,800. The Mingchao Limited Edition will be available in June, and the phones are currently available for purchase in China.
Features and specifications of the RedMagic 10S Pro series
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Edition SoC, which has a clock speed of up to 4.47GHz, powers the RedMagic 10S Pro series. It has 1TB of UFS 4.1 Pro storage and up to 24GB of LPDDR5T RAM. A 6.85-inch BOE Q9+ OLED display with 1.5K screen resolution, a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, a peak brightness of 2000 nits, and a 2500 Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate is an additional feature of the RedMagic 10s Pro and 10s Pro+.
Also, both smartphones have dual X-axis linear motors for better haptics, dual speakers with DTS:X Ultra, and 520Hz shoulder triggers. The devices’ optics include a 2MP macro camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP primary camera. They have a 16MP under-screen selfie camera on the front. A 7500mAh battery powers the RedMagic 10S Pro+, which supports 120W fast charging, while the 7050mAh battery powers the RedMagic 10S Pro, which supports 80W fast charging.
A 3.5mm audio connector, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, WiFi 7, an in-display fingerprint scanner, an infrared sensor, and dual SIM capability are among the connectivity choices.
