Samsung may launch F36 5G soon as Bluetooth certification appears

Samsung Galaxy F36 5G: Following its recent appearance on support pages, the Samsung Galaxy F36 5G has now appeared on the Bluetooth SIG database, indicating that its official launch is imminent. The model is listed under model number SM-E366B/DS, which again confirms its development status.

Shown listed on Bluetooth SIG Database

The recent sighting of the Galaxy F36 5G on the Bluetooth SIG website comes after its previous sighting on India’s BIS certification portal. While Samsung has not officially announced a launch timeline, such backend action tends to indicate an imminent release. Brands tend to overcome certification hurdles close to releasing new smartphones.

Samsung Skipped the F35 Series

One curious fact is that Samsung bypassed the Galaxy F35 completely, going directly from the F34 to the F36. This might be Samsung’s brand restructuring or a bid to synchronize the F-series numbering with other series like the M-series. The transition may simplify the lineup and minimize buyer confusion.

Anticipated to Copy Galaxy M36

If history is any indication, the Galaxy F36 5G should borrow the bulk of its features from an imminent Galaxy M-series device, most probably the Galaxy M36 5G. Similar to how the Galaxy F34 was a twin brother to the M34, the F36 might be a virtually identical version of the M36 with slight adjustments.

Rebranding Strategy May Continue

Based on previous leaks and benchmark listings, the Galaxy M36 would be rumored to have the Exynos 1380 chipset, 6GB of RAM, and Android 15. These features would likely be retained by the F36 5G, if both devices are included in Samsung’s dual-brand approach. Official specs for the F36 have not been published thus far.

Likely to Follow Platform-Specific Availability

Samsung has been employing a dual-channel strategy for its M and F series phones in the past, and the M-series phones typically find their way onto Amazon while F-series phones launch exclusively through Flipkart. If the company continues with this route, then the Galaxy F36 5G might be Flipkart-exclusive.

Launch Seems Imminent

With multiple certifications already in the bag and support pages already up, the Galaxy F36 5G appears to be just around the corner with its official release. Although a precise release date has not been revealed, enthusiasts can look forward to an unveiling within the coming weeks.
