New Tata Tigor 2025 Launched In India: Major Updates In Safety, Features and Mileage
Tata Motors has started updating its lineup for the year 2025. The company has launched the 2025 model of the new Tigor subcompact sedan in the country. So, let’s know about this new Sub-sedan in detail;
2025 Tata Tigor: Features and Design:
The sedan comes with a new steering wheel design that is equipped with an illuminated Tata logo. Apart from this, all variants now get 3 point seat belts and seat belt reminders. The expensive XZ variant gets separate LED headlamps and the top model gets a new 10.25 inch touchscreen infotainment display which supports both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay wirelessly, new high definition reverse camera and new digital instrument cluster with LED readout unit.
Power and Performance:
The new Tigor is loaded with features like 360 degree camera, auto folding wing mirrors, tyre pressure monitoring system and USB charging ports. This car has the same 1.2-litre three cylinder petrol engine as before which comes with a factory fitted CNG kit. It comes with the option of 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox, however you will not get an AMT gearbox in the base variant.
Variations in New Tigor 2025:
Tata Motors has made major changes in the variants of the 2025 Tigor. The petrol Tigor lineup now starts with the XM trim which was earlier mid-spec. The company has now discontinued the sale of its base XE variant. A new mid-spec XT variant and a fully loaded XZ Plus Lux variant have been added here which are available in both petrol and CNG. The Tigor CNG lineup now starts with the XT variant, as the XM variant has been discontinued.

Well, the starting price of this sedan is priced by the company at Rs 6.01 lakhs (ex-showroom) for its base which goes upto Rs 8.56 lakhs (ex-showroom) for its top model XZ Plus Lux. However, Prices may vary based on different geographical locations.
